WHAT IS SO SPECIAL WITH DRIP & SIP TO GO COFFEE?
We define Drip & Sip To Go coffee in two ways: coffee beans locally roasted in Canada, freshly grind in a portable drip bag and/or served with honey/sugar or creamer/milk. Oh, so convenient and taste great.
WHAT IS POUR OVER?
Pour over is the process of pouring hot water over ground coffee through a filter. Pour-over coffee (unlike some other methods) continuously replenishes the liquid surrounding the grounds with new freshwater. This promotes a faster, more efficient brew.
WHAT TYPE OF BLEND DO YOU USE?
Our coffee blend is made from 100% Premium Arabica beans- it gives a strong yet silky brew.
IS THE PRODUCT BIODEGRADABLE?
Yes! Each portion of our product is made to be better for the Earth. Your used coffee filter and grounds are perfect to throw in the compost bin and the outer foil of each packet is 100% recyclable.
HOW LONG DO DRIP & SIP COFFEE DRIP BAGS LAST?
We recommend drinking Drip & Sip Coffee within 90days for optimum flavor. Fun Fact: Coffee never goes bad!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE? CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
We are base in Edmonton. If you are located within the city, you can expect your order to be ready for pick up after 72 hours your order has been placed. We also offer free delivery every weekends.
Within Canada (outside Edmonton): You can expect your orders within 5-10 business days after ordering. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Free shipping with a minimum purchase of 50.00 CAD required or pay the flat rate of 15.00 CAD.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We currently offer shipping Canada wide and within United States with a flat rate.

CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
Yes! On the cart page, you will be able to enter it in the “Add a note” button: the sender’s name, recipient’s name, and a message of up to 200 characters that will be included along with your order.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
We now offer e-gift cards. It is very convenient to send to the recipients, both electronically or in a DIY printed form.
